The only time available to photograph this night time entry shot prior to major security systems being installed (which would have obstructed the view) was during the Holiday Season. There were garlands draped on the open walkways and several exterior lights were out. We removed the garlands and added the lighting, especially to highlight the signage. Please note the letters "State"
